History

Southport Family History Group was formed in 1982 by Michael Walcott and Dr. John Turner. The aim of the group is to help members research their genealogical antecendents and family history in general. The Society is dedicated to promoting interest in Genealogy, Family and Local History amongst people of all age groups by inviting speakers to our monthly meetings who cover a wide and varying range of subjects.

Programme

We meet on the second of each month Friday at 7.30pm, with the exception of August. All meetings are at Lord Street West United Church in the Small Hall. Please see below for full details.
