The Liverpool Medical Institute
has arranged a special series of public medical history talks happening in Liverpool this year. They are free to attend and may be of interest to you, especially if you have an interest in the medical profession. CATHOLIC HISTORY DAY 2018
This will take place at the Bar Convent, York, on Saturday, 2nd June.
Tea/coffee at 10 am with the first talk beginning at 10.30.
Fr Peter Phillips will talk on “The Recusant Clergy 1559 – 1829”

Fr Peter Phillips is Archivist for the Diocese of Shrewsbury. This is of interest to Lanky folk as it is said that in this period Lancashire produced more priests than the rest of England.
