It's an RC marriage, they usually include the mother too.

Thomas et=and Maria Quinn (nee Bramwell)
So they do, thanks for the reminder, I only had to look at the others on the page.

Re: Angie Critchley, FB

Any thoughts on what's been included between Thomas and Quinn.

I believe his middle name was Andrew and yet the translation for Andrew is Sed Vestibulum.

I wonder if it's another version of Andrew?

Angie Critchley, FB

Re- Patrick Quinn, This post can be found through Mary's signature FB link. I was hoping for more information from the 1923 marriage cert, Patrick Quinn/Louisa Thompson, not yet received, here are my thoughts while they are fresh in my mind, I can always dump them if misleading. The 1925 Electoral R...

Re: Harrison Family, Heath St. Liverpool

Harrison doesn't show in the 1911 directory for Heath Street, compiled late 1910, or on the 1910 Electoral Roll, however he is at 15 Heath St, 1911 census.

It gives a rough indication when he moved from his previous address.

Re: Harrison Family, Heath St. Liverpool

Hi Collin, Only the householder will show in the directories, not the children or other family members. What years are you interested in, we can look on Ancestry amongst the directories and Electoral rolls. If you haven't got Ancestry, there are some Liverpool Directories here, http://specialcollect...

https://i.imgur.com/nWMxkUp.jpg The above is from the post of Dirk Paagman, there was a marriage in 1941, William Lloyd/Nellie Kidson, Liverpool. This William Lloyd can be dismissed as being the soldier killed in action, it appears they lived at 34 Cedar Rd together up to at least 1965, Electoral R...

Re: WWII hero William Lloyd

The Dutch researcher has found the graves of these men, erected by the CWGC. The headstones all include personal inscriptions from the soldier's family, apart from William's. Earlier in 1943, William had married a Sarah Ann Peak from Gorton, Manchester, at All Saints, Gorton. The CWGC wrote to an a...
